A. Advisors are encouraged to respond within 24 hrs and have up to 72 hrs to respond to your message.
Q. What format can I expect a response in?
A. A response may be in either a text or an audio message.
Q. How will I know when I have a response from the Advisor?
A. You can login and check the messages area in your account. You can also receive notifications when you have a new message by downloading the Psychic Source mobile app. You can get the app using the links at the bottom of this page.
Q. What if the Advisor doesn’t respond?
A. The hold on your account is released back to you for use on a future reading.
