How do I schedule an appointment?

Find an advisor who has a schedule listed for appointments. Click on Schedule an Appointment from that advisor’s page and proceed to select the date, time and length you wish to have the appointment for. You will then be asked to pay for the appointment in advance of your scheduled time.

What if the Advisor isn’t showing a schedule for a time that is convenient for me?

If you don’t see a time on the Advisor’s schedule that works for you, you can now request a time outside their posted schedule by clicking on the request it here link after clicking on their appointments button. Then follow the steps to request an appointment outside of the Advisor's posted schedule. Requesting a time outside of the Advisor’s schedule does not guarantee your appointment.

How much does an appointment cost?

Appointments are set for 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. They are priced at the rate per minute of the advisor times the amount of time you choose for the appointment. For example, a 10-minute appointment with a $6.99 advisor would cost $69.90.

How do I join my appointment at the scheduled time?

Login to your Psychic Source account and go to the manage appointments page and click the Join button. You will be able to join within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. You join through this section of your account whether it is a Phone, Chat, or Video appointment.  If you have an upcoming phone appointment and you forget to log in to the website to join, we will call the number you provided during scheduling 2 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

What kind of reminders will I get?

You will receive a confirmation email and an email on when your appointment is and how to join it immediately after you schedule an appointment. You will also receive an email reminder a couple of hours before your appointment. If you are in the U.S. and shared your mobile number during the scheduling of your appointment, you will also receive an SMS text 15 minutes before the start of your appointment. Please note that based on your carrier standard message and data rates may apply.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are late, your appointment is considered missed and the funds will be returned to your account. If you would still like to speak with that Advisor you can either schedule a new appointment or see if they are currently available on the service.

What if my appointment suddenly disconnects?

If your appointment suddenly disconnects, any unused funds will be returned to your account. You can then go to the Advisors page to see if they are available and reconnect with them. If you are unable to reconnect or are having technical issues, please contact Customer Care at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative.

What if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment, we will automatically credit the funds back to your Psychic Source account. See more in our Disclaimer and Terms. Repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to create future appointments with our advisors. Psychic Source reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeated missed appointment.

What if my advisor doesn’t show up for my appointment?

After you join your appointment, if for some reason your advisor doesn’t show up, please contact our customer care department at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative. In the event that your advisor doesn’t show up, we will automatically credit the funds back to your Psychic Source account.

What if my advisor had to cancel my appointment?

If your advisor had to cancel your appointment, you will receive an email indicating this and we will refund the dollars back to your Psychic Source account. You can reschedule your appointment by creating a new appointment on our website.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Any appointment made can be cancelled by accessing your account at psychicsource.com or through our Customer Care Department at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative. When you cancel a scheduled appointment, all fees will be credited to your Psychic Source account.

What happens if I end my appointment early?

You are charged for your appointment for a specific block of time, chosen by you. If you do not use the full amount of time, we will return the dollars from the unused portion of your appointment back to your Psychic Source account.

What if I am not satisfied with my appointment?

As always at Psychic Source, if you are not satisfied with your last paid reading we will give you time back to speak with another advisor for up to 20 minutes. See our Satisfaction Guarantee.

What if the reading is going great, can I stay on with the Advisor past the appointment time?

If the advisor does not have an upcoming appointment scheduled, you can use dollars on your account and/or QuickBuy to extend the reading. You will be notified at the start of your appointment which options are available.
